Description
Sea Spaghetti seaweed is a seaweed native to the Atlantic Ocean with a thin and elongated shape that characterises it and gives it its name. It is a food with a high fibre content that stands out for its high fibre and vitamin C content. Ideal for diets, and due to its fibre, it is a great source of iodine.
It can be eaten raw in salads (after 30 minutes hydration) or cooked, being an addition to all kinds of dishes.
