Description
Nori ECO seaweed is a small seaweed with many folds. In Asia it is cultivated and processed ground in the form of sheets that are then used pressed for shushi. Harvested in Galicia, it is found wild at low tide and is then ground into flakes. It is high in protein, vitamin A and pro-vitamin B12.
It has an intense flavour and can be used raw or lightly toasted to crumble on a dish or to add flavour to dishes and sauces.
