Description
Kombu ECO seaweed is a large seaweed with high iodine content, dark color, rich in acids (glutamic and algaeic), makes it a special ally to help the digestion of insoluble fibers such as those of legumes. In addition to enhancing the flavors thanks to being one of the foods richest in umami being one of the five basic flavors.
It can be consumed sautéed over high heat, or baked, although in most of the elaborations are usually as a base for long cooking for soups or cooking with vegetables.
