Description
ECO Dulse seaweed, with the scientific name Palmaria palmata, is an edible red seaweed, abundant and well known from the North Atlantic. There is evidence of its consumption since the 12th century in Iceland, where it was mainly consumed when other foods were scarce and is still consumed in traditional preparations.
Seaweed is an excellent source of vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B9 (folic acid), B12, C, D, E.
