Description
The ‘fabada de Asturias’ or ‘Fabe Asturiana’ bean is creamy white in colour, with a fairly smooth, oblong, straight, long and slightly flattened skin. Once cooked, it perfectly preserves the integrity of its grain and the skin is almost imperceptible and delicate. This bean is used to make the famous ‘fabada asturiana’.
